At People-Carrier-Hire.co.uk, we know that plans alter and sometimes you need to cancel your airport car hire at a late stage. Our simple policy below, lays out the rules where this type of incident occurs.
- Your cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the date you are due to pick the car up.
- If you have to cancel, you have to go through the website link in the confirmation email you received. Do not try to cancel with the agent directly -sometimes additional fees will then apply.
- No fees will be charged if the cancelation is received within 7 days of the car booking date and at least 48 hours before the car hire is due to start.
- If the cancelation notice is received outwith the 7 days of the car rental booking date and at least 48 hours before the rental of the vehicle is due to commence pursuant to a booking made on this booking engine all funds except a cancellation handling/ administration fee of € 25.00 and the non-refundable Administration Charge where applicable, will be reimbursed.
- In the event of a cancellation notice of which is received through the website link in the confirmation email less than 48 hours before the rental of the vehicle is due to commence pursuant to a booking made on this booking engine no funds paid will be reimbursed to you, unless the entire rental amount has also been pre paid we will retain 3 days rental and Administration Charge where applicable.
- In the event of a cancellation of a booking when the entire rental amount is payable on arrival, there is no fee for a cancellation but you still need to cancel your reservation through the website link in the confirmation email
